Every Luxe Stylez bundle is sourced, selected, and prepared per order. We take pride in offering a luxury experience — this is not fast fashion.
Quality takes time, and we ensure every bundle meets our premium standard before shipping. Once your order is shipped, tracking will be emailed to you.
By purchasing on our website, you confirm that you have read and agreed to our Shipping Policy.
Return & Exchange Policy
Luxe Stylez Hair Boutique does not accept returns.
We offer exchanges only, under the following conditions:
• Must contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Hair must be unused, uninstalled, unaltered, uncolored
• Must be in original packaging
• Photos must be emailed for review

If the hair shows any signs of use, the exchange will be denied.
We do not offer exchanges due to shipping delays, dissatisfaction with curl/wave pattern (raw hair naturally varies), or buyer’s remorse.
Order Cancellations
Once an order is submitted, it cannot be canceled. Our raw bundles begin sourcing immediately after payment.

• You understand that delays by USPS/UPS are not the responsibility of Luxe Stylez
Fraudulent disputes or chargebacks will result in permanent banning from future purchases.
